We are a year-round competitive swim program. As such, we operate on two seasons:
- Short Course from September through March
- Long Course from April through July
We offer convenient billing for each season to help family budgeting. We bill the short course season on 9/1, 11/1 and 1/1; we bill the long course season on 4/1 and 6/1.
When you register for a season, please know that you are financially obligated for the FULL season, even if you leave the club before the end of the season.
If you leave our club in the middle of a season, we require the following:
- A 2-week notice to your swimmer's coach
- All current balances are paid in full through the current season.
- Our coaches will attempt to adjust any meets for which you are already committed. You will be responsible for any fees that cannot be canceled.
All of these items must be taken care of before we will approve a swimmer transfer to another MSI or USA Swimming club. These are standard club procedures according to MSI.
